RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate mathematical or simulation models of problems, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and their numerical parameters.
  • Present the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management or other end users.
  • Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions.
  • Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes.
  • Review extensive portfolio of complex technology clients and prospects to help companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.
  • Maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management and facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services in order to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Engineering (any), Economics or related: and
  • 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
  • Must include 7 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Preparing financial analyses including projections, cash flow & debt capacity analysis, capital structure analysis and peer benchmarking;
  • Preparing and presenting industry research including sector trends, strategic landscape and corporate finance activity for companies in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) space;
  • Producing and delivering presentations to corporate clients, and their shareholders, on corporate finance and risk management solutions;
  • Conducting business and financial due diligence on companies in collaboration with legal and commercial advisors as part of corporate finance transactions; and,
  • Supporting business development by researching companies in the TMT sectors, ideating financial and strategic solutions, and preparing client proposals.
  • 50% domestic travel, as necessary.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$250,000.00 - $260,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
