The Management-in-Training (MIT) position is designed to provide immersive training and hands-on experience in both Guest Relations and Housekeeping Operations. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing the guest experience by ensuring personalized, timely service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. It involves active participation in front-of-house guest service delivery, responding to guest needs and feedback, as well as assisting in the supervision of housekeeping operations, including room inspections, team coordination, and inventory control. The position serves as a foundational leadership development role, offering exposure to hotel management practices, operational strategy, and interdepartmental collaboration with the goal of preparing candidates for future leadership roles in hospitality.
