Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Storeroom Attendant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the F&B storeroom. This includes receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing food, beverages, and related supplies while ensuring inventory accuracy, food safety, and efficient stock control. The role ensures that all requisitions are fulfilled timely and that storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise storeroom attendants and manage daily storeroom operations.
- Receive, verify, and store incoming deliveries of food and beverage supplies.
- Ensure proper rotation of stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Issue food and beverage items to departments according to approved requisitions.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in all storage areas (dry, chilled, and frozen).
- Coordinate with purchasing and F&B teams to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.
- Manage spoilage, waste, and expired items through proper reporting and disposal.
- Assist with audits and cost-control measures to reduce waste and loss.
- Train and mentor storeroom staff on procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years experience in a food and beverage storeroom, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and food storage procedures.
- Familiarity with HACCP and local food safety regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (e.g., BirchStreet, Adaco).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes, and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in storerooms, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers.
- Requires frequent lifting, bending, and exposure to cold environments.
- Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts depending on business needs.
