Job Description
The Bulk Picker selects products from reserve locations to replenish selection slots and make items pick-ready for selectors. For this position you will need to be comfortable working at heights of up to 28 feet. You will need to be McLane-certified to operate a turret pick forklift and a cherry picker, and you will be required to take a forklift test (both written and hands-on). A passing score on the forklift test is required in order to remain in the position. You will need to be able to lift and reposition pallets as necessary.

- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour, plus 40 cents shift differential.

The typical schedule for this position is 9:00 pm - 5:30 am - Sunday - Thursday. Some schedule flexibility is preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Use RF unit or tickets to accurately record product that is being pulled from reserve to replenish pick slots.
- Label each case selected from reserve locations with the proper label for the item being selected.
- Identify different products and pull from the aisles as need by selection line.
- Identify damaged products, remove them to a designated storage area, and clean up any related spills if needed.
- Communicate with other departments regarding missing product and overpulling.
- Perform daily sanitation activities in your assigned area.
- Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
