McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload products from our distribution centers to our customers. McLane in Columbus, OH offers some of the best delivery methods in the industry and our drivers enjoy a 4-day work schedule. Make your deliveries utilizing side lift gates, small pallets, and electric pallet sleds. We are currently offering experienced CDL-A drivers up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Experienced CDL-A drivers earn between $75,000 and $80,000 in their first year, with even higher earnings for those with verifiable route delivery experience.

• Pay Rate: First year Drivers average $75,000-$80,000 per year.
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 depending on experience.
• Deliveries made using side liftgates, small pallets and electric pallet sleds.
• Route Types: solo and teams

• Unload and place all products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
• Ensure correct and on-time deliveries.
• Make deliveries utilizing a liftgate, pallet jack, 2-wheel dolly.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
