Principal Accountabilities: In addition to following McDonald's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the personalization strategy that drives segmented performance and optimization in the McDonald's app and digital marketing channels.
  • Define key segments and models to deliver a best in class targeting strategy, and lead segment analysis, optimization, migration, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute a segment-led testing strategy and regularly present reports on performance and learnings.
  • Lead the development and activation of new models, platforms, and digital user journeys to grow customer lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with Technology and Data teams to elevate roadmaps for marketing technology and data integration.
  • Support an in-app offer strategy to grow digital performance through testing and identifying key learnings, recommendations, and opportunities for future program optimizations.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with BI and analytics teams on regular CRM testing strategies, analyses, and reporting.


  • 4-6 years' of experience in a data-driven and / or digital marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, or Communications
  • Experience in executing dynamic, data-driven marketing campaigns and strategies through working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Experience with a customer engagement or multichannel marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe AEM or Adobe ACS
  • Experience with reporting on segmented marketing programs and campaigns
  • Experience managing test & learn strategies to drive marketing optimization based on trends in personalization
  • Experience managing segmentation models and strategies for segmented performance
  • A curious, digital-forward thinker who is customer-focused, driven to innovate, and has strong initiative in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects and prioritize them to ensure they adhere to timelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate results, learnings, opportunities, and recommendations to a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with loyalty, reward or subscription programs a plus
  • Experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) a plus
