The Franchising Development Specialist will be reporting directly into the Franchising Development Manager and responsible for the following:

• Coordinate touchpoint calls with all potential franchisee candidates
• Process data entry tasks both with accuracy and speed using our candidate management system
• Recording and maintaining all candidate records to adhere to relevant standards in a confidential manner
• Collate information and assist in the preparation of statistical information and monthly reports (reconcile invoicing)
• Identify discrepancies in candidate records, raise exceptions and track using the exceptions register
• Undertake general administrative duties in a professional manner
• Provide support to other departments within US Franchising

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work autonomously
• Energetic and goal-orientated
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated to participate and contribute in a team environment
• Able to prioritize work tasks
