Job Description

Could you be our next Accounts Advisor?
The Accounts Advisor will be responsible for managing McDonald's owned and operated restaurants equipment services' financial affairs. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Receiving technician time sheets and allocate time to jobs, ensuring parts and billable time is accounted for. Submitting these daily to the Administration Manager.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting to the Administration Manager on any jobs logged and attended after hours
  • Preparing and distribute invoices for each job completed by Technicians
  • Disputing any incorrect invoices
  • Maintaining the parts inventory system, including correct pricing, creation of inventory items for re-occuring parts and ensure details align with suppliers.
  • Assisting the Administration Manager in the Call Centre as required.

  • Well-versed in contemporary accounting processes and have an understanding of McDonald's internal financial practices.
  • Great at building strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers, stakeholders and third parties.
  • Adept at analysing and utilising data to determine root causes of and solutions to resolve problems.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, takes the initiative to pre-empt problems.
  • Able to have challenging conversations with confidence.
  • Organised, methodical and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple complex matters at once.
  • Ethical and responsible, understands and adheres to McDonald's Standards of Business Conduct always.
