Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to support our Asia markets. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning supply with demand forecasts, optimizing inventory, and ensuring timely product availability to meet customer and business needs.

What Your Impact Will Be:
Coordinate product availability to maximize supply alignment with demand forecasts, including support for key launches and promotions.
Collaborate with manufacturing supply planning and logistics teams to minimize out-of-stocks while maintaining optimal inventory coverage.
Monitor and address production constraints (e.g., capacity, MOQs, lead times) and communicate impacts to Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Take proactive measures to resolve delays, mitigate overstock risks, and manage inventory within financial targets, including allocation processes when needed.
Identify and execute inventory balancing and transfer opportunities across markets.
Regularly track and review inventory KPIs such as Supply Match, Inventory Health, Days of Supply (DOS), and in-transit inventory.
Lead Excess and Aged Stock Reviews, including SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) inventory assessments.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA is a plus).
3–5 years of experience in supply planning, operations, or supply chain—preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Experience in forecasting and demand planning is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with global supply chain stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
