Job Description

•  Managing the receipt of goods (containers)
• Team management
• Relations with suppliers; carriers; commercial team; distribution center; purchasing team.
• Managing product quality, ensuring that any shortages, surpluses or malfunctions are properly dealt with
• Managing KPIs, analyzing the area's performance indicators and drawing up action plans if necessary.
• Managing inbound processes, validating that container unloading and storage processes are following the correct processes and timings.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel 
•  Power Point
•  At least 4 years' experience as an analyst
•  Excellent logical reasoning

Must's: 

• Technical 
• Advanced Excel 
• Power Point
• At least 4 years' experience as an analyst and at least 1 year as a coordinator
• Excellent logical reasoning
• Negotiable (which would be desirable for the position, but will not be an exclusive factor)
• Knowledge of tools: Tableau; VBA
• Experience in project management
