Plonger dans l’univers des licences chez Mattel, c’est contribuer au rayonnement de marques iconiques (Barbie, Hot Wheels, Uno, Fisher Price, Monster High, Pingu…) et participer activement au développement de nouvelles catégories de produits / réseaux de distribution.

Nous proposons un stage riche et formateur où vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien et l’activation de nos projets.
Aux côtés de l’équipe Consumer Products France (4 personnes), vous serez impliqué(e) dans toutes les étapes du développement et de l’animation de nos licences. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Contribuer à la préparation de présentations et pitchs pour développer de nouvelles collaborations dans des univers très diverses : textile, alimentaire, beauté, jouets…
- Participer à la création et à la mise à jour des outils d’aide à la vente et de communication partenaires.
- Assurer la mise à jour et l’animation des supports digitaux (site internet, newsletters, fichiers contacts).
- Soutenir l’organisation et la coordination des événements BtoB (salons, showrooms, meetings).
- Accompagner le déploiement d’actions marketing et promotionnelles chez nos partenaires retailers et coordonner avec les licenciés.
- Participer aux activations média, RP et influence pour soutenir les lancements de produits dérivés.
- Réaliser des analyses de marché (Circana, Euromonitor, Insight Familly…) et benchmarks pour nourrir la stratégie d’expansion du département.
- Mettre en place un suivi de la concurrence et partager les enseignements clés à l’équipe.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes Mattel (marketing, sales, EMEA, US…) et plus de 200 partenaires licenciés, prospects et retailers sur divers projets très variés.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, gestion ou université (niveau master).
- Vous combinez approche business, créativité et rigueur, avec une vraie autonomie dans la gestion de vos missions.
- À l’aise dans un environnement international, vous pratiquez couramment le français et l’anglais.
- Vous aimez travailler en mode projet, avec un sens produit et une curiosité forte pour les tendances, la pop culture et le retail.
- Une première expérience en marketing/licensing est un plus
INFO PRATIQUES:
- Durée et période 6 mois dès janvier 2026
- Gratification : 1500€ brut par mois
- Titres Restaurants : 9,45€ (dont 4€ à la charge du stagiaire) ou restaurant d’entreprise sur place
- Remboursement 50% mensuel du titre de transports publics
- Lieu : Bagneux, sud de Paris, accessible Ligne 4 ou RER B - proche porte d'Orléans (14e)
