Sr Project Management Associate - Global Corporate Events

Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Assist management with identifying and implementing adjustments to SOPs.
- Function as project manager for all assigned jobs by overseeing assignments from beginning to end. Work with design to facilitate creative development.
- Liaison with Senior/Executive Management, Creative and other Service Group partners to achieve objectives.
- Serve as department expert for the Hot Wheels portfolio. Manage Hot Wheels Toy Fair gallery, external and internal Hot Wheel’s events, retail executions, activations, and conventions.
- Collaborate with the Franchise team and coordinate their statements within the Toy Fair galleries.
- Lead large-scale corporate events, specifically Toy Fair special events, Sales and corporate meetings.
- Ensure successful execution of assigned projects.
- Define the scope of a project with client groups, TSS support teams (CAD, Graphics, and Fabrication), external creative groups, and any third-party vendors.
- Generate and communicate project timelines, key dates, and task sequencing to all parties involved.
- Manage budgets; seek estimates from appropriate partner groups, track project expenditures. Reconcile finances upon completion of the project.
- Travel will be required for this position
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, business management, or relatable degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of work experience; Minimum of 4 years professional experience in Experiential Marketing, Events, Themed Entertainment, or Trade Show industries in a production management/design capacity.
- Proactive, self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Strict attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); must have strong executive presence to effectively liaison with senior management.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word minimum)
- Basic Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic CAD familiarity (Vector Works preferred, AutoCAD acceptable)
- Web development (6Connex, Centric, DAMs, PIMs)
The annual base salary range for this position is between $92,800 and $116,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
