Job Description
The Opportunity: Mattel is looking for a Senior Analyst, Benefits & Wellbeing based in Latin America. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing, this role supports the day-to-day operations and execution of global benefit programs outside of the U.S. including EMEA, LATAM, APAC and Canada.

The main duties include:
- Collaborate closely with regional Compensation & Benefits partners and regional People & Culture Business Partners to answer questions and resolve issues related to local benefit inquiries
- Support the annual renewal and enrollment process in all locations outside of the U.S.
- Support benefits communication materials and documents, ensuring materials stay abreast of latest updates. Ensure all updated documents are properly uploaded to various internal sites and sent to appropriate internal external parties.
- Support the global implementation and ongoing operations of any new and existing programs and offerings outside of the U.S.
- Ensure benefits align with local requirements and regulations
- Partner closely with rest of Benefits & Wellbeing team to ensure alignment in execution of global program offerings; amplify and increase employee awareness and engagement as appropriate
- Continuously monitor benefit program engagement and utilization, proposing recommendations for improvements to optimize spend and value
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Reside in Mexico City
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting global employee benefit programs
- General understanding of laws and regulations governing benefits or ability to navigate the unknown and “figure it out”, seeking guidance and support as needed from appropriate stakeholders and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent detail orientation and organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with multinational companies is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Strong collaborative skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
