Job summary:
We are seeking an on-the pulse and collaborative Sr. Designer to join our International Creative team, working based in Europe, focused on our Fast Fashion business for the EMEA region. Designer must be able to follow global creative strategy and direction while working to quickly inspire select partners across the region. Role will create trend and brand right programs for FAST FASHION partners that reflect our brands, purpose, and Global Strategies.

Key Responsibilities :
- Create the appropriate creative to create brand-right mockups to inspire partners, and working with signed partners to shape the collections; for kids & adult retailer collections, including apparel, footwear, accessories, health & beauty, home, and more
- Research and analyse future and current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform designs
- Able to understand partner needs and segment offerings for partners
- Translate Mattel’s approved style guides and assets into regional trends appropriately
- Expert in adobe creative suite: illustrator, photoshop & Indesign, well versed in powerpoint and knowledge of AI will be an advantage
- Work at a fast pace to have creative ready at the speed of business
- Excellent communicator with Sr. Manager, great at sharing files and imagery across the Creative Team
- Build positive relationships with key partners internally and externally
- Potential to visit partners, alongside commercial, to share new creative & give updates on Mattel properties
- Strong relationship and great, open and constant communication with other creatives in the region
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in fashion: working on graphics, prints and mock-ups in apparel, accessories: please provide portfolio links or examples
- Licensing experience or marketing experience is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to self-prioritize and hit deadlines
- Fantastic eye and taste level, and an understanding of how our iconic brands can (and can not) flex to fashion inspiration
- EXPERT in adobe creative suite including ıllustrator, photoshop, ındesign and acrobat
- Knowledge of AI will be an advantage
- Confident in microsoft word, excel & Powerpoint
- Openess and agility with new programs and tech
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as presentation skills required
- Fluent in English and Spanish any additional languages are a plus.
