The Opportunity:  We are seeking a highly capable Workday analyst to support our team. This role will support various People & Culture systems and various project initiatives. This is a very hands-on role with the opportunity to provide support on the Workday Talent, Performance and Compensation processes.

The ideal candidate should possess HRIS experience in a related industry, preferably with experience supporting a global company. Outstanding HRIS analysts combine their customer service skills, People & Culture (HR) knowledge with technology expertise to support business needs and optimize People & Culture processes.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Support annual Talent, Performance and Compensation processes
  • Perform hands on configuration and updates to the Talent and Compensation Workday modules as needed to resolve issues and enhance feature request
  • Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to understand requirements, configure, prototype and test Workday solutions for varying business needs
  • Write and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and training documentation
  • Analyze HRIS processes and troubleshoot/resolve application issues
  • Preparing integrations using Workday's Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB's) and training HR team members on how to use them
  • Assisting with new software implementations and application upgrades, including testing, as well as providing training and technical support
  • Perform audits and analysis of HRIS data
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Workday HCM HRIS analyst in a related industry (preferably with experience in the United States and another country/region)
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, plan and own workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer focus and the ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Active member in Workday community and/or relevant Workday user groups
  • Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train users
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
