What Your Impact Will Be:
This position is accountable for supporting, adapting and implementing the key marketing strategies defined by the UK Brand Activation Team and consistent with the Brand Activation Lead guidelines for the country.

The position will be part of the team of local experts in the brands/categories designated, driving expertise on the brands/categories he/she is in charge of. The position will ensure effective, creative and efficient implementation of marketing plans by working with agencies, licensors, Consumer Products and Sales teams. Furthermore, the position will act as a Marketing interface with both internal and external customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Co-lead on specific Brands – managing the brand, learning and developing skills in pricing / media briefing / supply chain management / retailer pitches.
- Co-lead social campaigns across various platforms (incl Meta & Tik Tok): agency brief, content development
- Support the marketing team with influencer activity including setting the brief and program management and report preparation
- Support the marketing team with media YouTube and AV campaigns including setting the brief with trafficking agency and chasing assets
- Support the marketing team with precision and search campaigns, including review of asset matrix, iteration of assets, etc.
- Trade press design and development with PR and marketing team, competition press adverts creation and approvals
- Create quarterly Brand Activation newsletter, and adhoc new launch / brand scrapbooks of activations
- Supporting with bi-annual competitor reviews
Marketing Team Administrative Support:
- Support the team with management of Invoicing and Purchase Order process through Oracle
- Lead the creation of OOPs twice a year, and updates throughout the year
- Support the team with ThoughtSpot requests, ad hoc licensors requests
- Support team in ordering of samples and execution of Toy Fair Showroom
- Provide miscellaneous administrative support such as coordinating sales previews, internal or external meetings, preparation of documents, preparation for consensus etc
- Provide support for ad hoc analysis requests

Qualifications
Skills
- 1+ years of Marketing/Commercial experience at a similar level within Brand Marketing in Toys, FMCG or licensed consumer goods or Franchise Management experience (preferably in the children’s entertainment sector.
- Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration preferred.
- Build strong and effective relationships with a large number of stakeholders
- Strong competitive spirit, results oriented, with a clear desire to succeed
- Great tactical skills, ability to react quickly to changing situations
- Confidently able to work on own initiative and action oriented
- Strategic thinking ability and able to demonstrate creativity through the proposal of new business opportunities
- Collaborative partner to internal and external customers
- Ability to work on a wide variety of projects within deadlines
- Skilled in selling and influencing
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
