We are seeking a talented and creative Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of media strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Lead local media briefings together with the brand teams, ensuring precise audience targeting, optimized media mixes, and maximum impact of global initiatives as well as driving relevant local programs.
  • Manage and optimize media buying efforts across a wide range of platforms, including Search, Social Media, YouTube, Programmatic Advertising, TV, CTV, and BVOD, working closely with local and regional media agencies.
  • Drive TV negotiation strategies in partnership with the France Marketing Director and local media agencies, ensuring high-impact, budget-conscious campaign execution.
  • Develop Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) with global teams to measure the incremental impact of media spend across platforms and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead and execute e-retail strategies by aligning digital advertising with inventory and sales data, optimizing ROAR fundamentals, and collaborating with the key account team across top retailers such as Cdiscount, Leclerc, Carrefour, and others.
  • Collaborate with the regional digital team to advance first-party data acquisition efforts, accelerate CRM programs, and contribute to regional media playbooks for improved digital strategy alignment.
  • Analyze media performance data to assess campaign efficiency, inform business decisions, and identify areas for continuous improvement, enhancing ROI and overall effectiveness.
  • Upskill and mentor the French organization on digital and media strategies
  • Oversee the management and development of a team of two digital experts, fostering talent growth, collaboration, and innovation

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic media roles, ideally in international brands or high-demand sectors (e.g., entertainment, FMCG, retail).
  • Deep understanding of the entire media landscape, with expertise in cross-channel integration
  • Expertise in leading multi-million campaign budgets and delivering results at scale.
  • Proven team management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, inspire, and empower both internal teams and external parties.
  • Adaptable to dynamic market demands and skilled in managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Team leading experience of minimum 2 years
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory (written and spoken) due to frequent collaboration within the European and global organization.
