The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic Online Sales Team as a Key Account Representative where you’ll drive innovation and deliver exceptional results in the evolving world of digital retail. You'll leverage data-driven strategies, foster impactful customer relationships, influence cross functionally and accurately plan and forecast inventory. We are looking for a forward-thinking sales professional with a passion for eCommerce, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration.

What Your Impact Will Be:
- eCommerce Growth Leadership: Propel online sales acceleration, consistently exceeding targets in revenue, margin, and inventory performance for both Mattel and Amazon. Lead regular business meetings with account buyer/inventory team, including meeting preparation, POS/Ship data analysis, profitability results, action plans and appropriate follow-ups.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead data-backed account analysis using POS and Amazon-specific insights to develop demand-driven inventory forecasts and business growth strategies. Use advanced analytics to identify emerging eCommerce opportunities and recommend data-validated solutions.
- Collaboration: Align with cross-functional collaborators in marketing, supply chain, and logistics to ensure cohesive execution and optimization of account performance. Build relationships with US counterparts to ensure best practice sharing and a global to local approach.
- Amazon Ecosystem Expertise: Drive innovation through optimizing digital shelf presence, providing input on category growth strategies, and Amazon-specific selling tactics (e.g., brand pages, search ads, and promotions). Develop, execute, and monitor promotional strategies leveraging real-time data insights for better ROI.
- Preparation and presentations at Customer Product Previews and/or trade shows.
- Travel within North America as required.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of eCommerce sales experience, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem (Vendor Central proficiency is a plus).
- Data-centric mindset: Proficient in forecasting, interpreting KPIs, and identifying actionable insights from data sets and analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing large product catalogs (500+ items) and expertise in project management in fast-moving digital environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence navigating tech tools to streamline workflows.
- Proven success in building strong relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation: Always seeking the next opportunity to optimize digital strategies and transform ideas into measurable results.
