Job Description

As an Associate Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success and supporting sales growth of the Client groups of Department Stores. You will be responsible for:

  • Develop, implement, and execute commercial plans for Department Stores channel.
  • Analyze sales performance and profitability by SKU / campaign / channel and propose action plans.

Coordinate with internal areas (marketing, finance, operations, logistics) to ensure availability, compliance, and execution.

  • Maintain a strong and long-term relationship with buyers from department stores.

  • Negotiate commercial terms (prices, discounts, promotions, displays).

  • Joint planning: Co-create promotional calendars, product launches, and events (such as Christmas, Children’s Day, Black Friday, etc.).

  • Strategic commercial management, logistics, and market adaptation, especially in a seasonal and highly competitive sector such as toys.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in department stores, ideally in the consumer goods or toy industry.

    • Proven experience managing department store accounts.

    • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and analysis tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and management skills.
