Job Description

What’s in the Toy Box? 

As our E-Retail & Omnichannel Associate, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across leading platforms like Allegro (Poland & expansion markets), Smyk, Media Expert, and Empik. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and online sales through strategic paid media. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Media Planning & Execution 

  • Develop and execute e-retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Ads, Display banners, Programmatic, mailings, and social media. 

  • Identify and target key audiences, including parents, gift-givers, collectors, and fans. 

Assets Management 

  • Create and manage assets for omnichannel campaigns. (including product pages ect) 

  • Oversee Allegro ads, analytics, audience targeting, and first-party data. 

  • Manage e-shop listings and priorities in collaboration with the global team. 

  • Deliver and optimize formats for digital touchpoints across marketplaces, external display, social media, and Google Ads (SEM, Demand Gen, PMax, etc.). 

Monitoring, Optimization, and Reporting 

  • Track and optimize campaign performance (ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.). 

  • Monitor product rankings and ad placements to maximize conversions. 

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations. 

Market & Competitor Insights 

  • Monitor competitor retail media strategies to identify opportunities. 

  • Explore new trends and opportunities in shopper activation and retail media. 

Collaboration 

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align media plans with business objectives. 

  • Coordinate with toy retailers, marketplace account managers, and external agencies to optimize advertising placements.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce advertising, digital marketing, or retail media. 

  • Fluency in English. 

  • Strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance. 

  • Passion for digital media and performance marketing. 

  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities. 

  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, platform updates, and new ad formats.
