The Opportunity

As Fisher-Price Brand Manager you will be part of the Brand Activation local team, executing the marketing strategy for infant pre-school toys brands on a local level. The position will ensure effective, creative and efficient implementation of category strategies and marketing plans by working with agencies, visual merchandising teams and sales teams. As well as looking to maximize opportunities across content and retail landscapes.

You will work closely with the Regional Brand team and local Marketing teams to support the Brand action plans and to ensure that the local marketing teams are strategically aligned with European strategies and initiatives as appropriate.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities include:

• Maintain constant communication with Marketing Manager and Sales team to share expertise of the local market

• Ensure best effective and impactful amplifications & implementations of Fisher-Price Brand strategies and action plans in the country

• Define and manage Fisher-Price A&P Budget

• Select the line by channel/customer and manage product information, validate translations and localization of creative assets

• Responsible for pricing, forecasting and following regional guidelines and quotas in conjunction with Sales

• Team up with Media and Digital Marketing team for optimal implementation of Media Strategy for brands in alignment with thresholds, key platforms and right target, maximizing global assets

• Drive, along with Trade Marketing, the execution of brand retail activation plans (merchandising strategies / planograms, tent poles and promotions, POP)

• Partner closely with Regional Fisher-Price Brand Marketing and Communication teams, with Sales, and local partners to drive sales, revenue and market share

• Contribute to driving customer engagement through presentations of product lines, brand plans, presentations to Sales team and key local customers.

• Monitoring and reviewing brand performance

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent qualification/experience 

• 4-5 years Commercial Marketing experience preferably in Toys, FMCG or licensed consumer goods, Apparel or Health & Beauty industry.

• Experience with an international / cross-cultural environment

• Results oriented, teamwork mentality, ability to communicate with impact, critical thinking, strong will to succeed

• Exceptional problem solving & analytical ability and a high level of organizational and time management skills.

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships, strong networking skills
