Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be

• Lead medium and big projects in LATAM as Project manager and business analyst.
• Supervise the project delivery of the team under this position.
• Implement business transformation and change Management practices.
• Generate business and application expertise on the BAs in Brazil and Andean subregions.
• Establish BIC standards for business requirements documentations.
• Align KPIs with IT Director and Key Stakeholders
• Present KPIs progress against actual results to leaders in Andean and Brazil.
• Manage workload according to business priorization.
• Implement projects using and adapting Project Managment Institute best practices.
• Implement projects using agile methodologies (i.e. SCRUM)

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Desired: Certification or similar qualification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
• Desired: Basic understanding of the Portuguese language
• Advanced English 
• Advanced Excel
