Job Description
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Manage designated projects from concept initiation stage to product finalization within dynamic and complex manufacturing vendor networks to achieve targets in terms of cost, schedule, quality and capacity
- Facilitate supply chain sourcing strategies by developing sourcing guidelines to align with business requirements and product categories
- Establish contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies by evaluating technical and business risks
- Lead a cross functional team to develop strategic business partnership with external manufacturing vendors
- Act as primary contact during all phases from demand to delivery
- Facilitate commercial and technical negotiation to ensure the performance and compliance of manufacturing vendors and identify improvement areas

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree holder in Procurement/Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in supply chain or sourcing fields, preferably in toy manufacturing or consumer products industries
- Good knowledge of manufacturing, product costing and vendors management
- Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and project management skills
- Result-oriented, well-organized and with proactive attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Travel to China and South East Asia will be required
