The Opportunity:

Mattel APAC is seeking an Accountant for our Finance division with a focus in analysis and reporting. 

Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Handle month-end closing and prepare financial & management reports for the US region
• Monitor accounts receivable and liaise with internal and external parties on customers related matters, and prepare regular accounts receivable reports to management
• Prepare cashflow forecast and perform variance analysis against forecast
• Prepare interim & year-end audit schedules and support SOX audit & financial audit
• Respond to ad hoc queries from various stakeholders including Commercial Finance and different business functions 
• Support supervisor on control compliance, system implementation, process enhancement projects and ad hoc assignments 

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or other related disciplines 
• Qualified member of CPA or equivalent will be an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial and management reporting, preferably from MNCs
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup is a must
• Knowledgeable in ERP system e.g. Oracle and HFM is a plus
• A good team player with positive mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
