Overview:

The Learning Accelerators team is responsible to 1) Define value proposition, product strategy and Go to market 2) Scale programs regionally and globally 3) Manage cross-program strategic efforts with other areas 4) Manage the P&L & resources related to the products.

Role: Product Manager Training Events
The primary responsibilities of the Product Manager are to:
- Identify training event needs, define value proposition, pricing, GTM of training events globally (core, services, value added)
- Engage and collaborate with Consulting, Delivery and Network teams to leverage skills, know how, develop and deliver high impact trainings
- Create, participate, or review sales materials and engage directly with regional teams to enable product roadmap, product implementation and demos.
- Identify trainer needs and coordinate the formation of a broad base of expert trainers on a variety of topics in all relevant regions
-Gather, assess, refine, prioritize Mastercard product requirements and coordinate with various stakeholders to improve the value proposition
- Evaluate results and define strategies to optimize capacity, increase attendance and satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with Learning Designers to create interactive elements, simulations, certifications, etc.
- Oversight and management of the P&L of training events and its growth targets in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and contributors

- Be a passionate advocate of the product vision and act as the voice of the customer throughout the development and implementation cycle

About You
• Experience managing global projects, and executing multiple program impacting initiatives

• Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of payment technology and finance topics
• Ability to communicate needs and schedules to business stakeholders and
technology teams, as well as ensure plans are in place/standards are
adhered to
• Position will require a level of confidence to hold the line with internal teams to provide the highest level of advocacy for the projects.
• Excellent communications skills, attention to details and confidence to take
'command and control' of project delivery from initiation to production
• Strong relationship, collaboration & organization skills.
• Presentation & office tools proficiency required
• Consulting experience is a plus
