Job Overview:
Primary responsibilities include ensuring the successful and timely implementation of market Technology Regulatory initiatives for the Americas. This involves managing relationships with the project sponsor, senior management, and various contributors. Key duties include identifying potential obstacles and actively managing mitigation efforts.

Major Accountabilities:

Oversee large-scale projects, manage deliveries, track KPIs, and provide regular reports.
• Plan, develop, and execute schedules to ensure the timely completion of project deadlines and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with methodology and manage resolutions, reporting to management as necessary.
• Maintain timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the project's life cycle. Understand the system's scope, project objectives, and each team member's role to effectively coordinate team activities. Identify and monitor project risks.
• Regularly update senior management on the status of specific project deliverables.
• Contribute measurable input into new products, processes, standards, or plans that support the business.
• Lead the delivery team effectively to align with business objectives, project schedules, and risks.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge of Agile framework
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Knowledge / Experience:

Advanced expertise in planning and project management processes.
• Desirable experience in Infrastructure Project Management with a database background.
• Familiarity with structured project management methodology and Program Management.
• Preferred knowledge of MasterCard and Infrastructure.
