Strategy & Operations Senior Associate

Overview

The Consulting & Innovation Services (CIS) Enterprise Strategy team is pivotal for developing business-wide strategic analysis that support Executives making better business decisions.

Collaborating closely with senior leadership, we identify new opportunities, mitigate business risks, and optimize performance across all business lines.

By leveraging data-driven insights and best practices, we drive sustainable growth through market analysis, competitive positioning, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.

As a Strategy Senior Associate, you'll be integral to shaping our organization's future success, collaborating closely with senior leadership to define and implement impactful projects.

Role

This role demands a blend of consulting expertise, analytical acumen, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and the ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:
- engaging in strategic discussions with senior leadership to shape long-term strategic direction
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategies
- developing and implementing tools and processes for data-driven decision-making
- establishing a center of excellence to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure best practices across business lines and strategic initiatives
- preparing and delivering insightful presentations to senior stakeholders
- staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic initiatives

All About You

- Background in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or related field
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and managing projects from inception to completion
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel skills (experience in Tableau is a plus)
- Self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and autonomy
- Fluent in English
