About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and expanding existing customer's portfolio, configuring solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to production processing environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Market Delivery, Business Operations, and internal triparties to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new/existing clients, from kickoff to go-live.
- Understand client requirements and configure solutions to meet their business needs.
- Provide training and support to clients during onboarding and post-implementation.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
- Document implementation processes, client configurations, and best practices.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively manage risks and delays.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term success.
- Available to work outside of normal regular office hours upon internal/external project requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in card configuration implementation, onboarding, or project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Project.
