Title and Summary

Senior Systems Analyst

Overview:
As a Senior Systems Analyst - Workday at Mastercard, you will serve as the subject matter expert on Workday HCM modules including design for business process configuration, security and administration related to one or more functional areas of Workday. You will play a pivotal role in delivery of new functionality and enhancements within the Workday HCM product suite including participating in the ongoing design, configuration, security, and reporting for Workday HCM including Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Compensation modules.
Role:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to gather requirements for Workday applications and translate them into technology solutions.
• Participate in the full life cycle of project development from requirements definition to project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Hands-on experiences performing HCM Workday configuration.
• Work closely with stakeholders and product management teams to drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday applications and features.
• Create prototype designs and document project specs, i.e., designs, test plans and scripts, etc.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop functional specification documents, and test plans.
• Prepare test scripts; execute, conduct, and support testing rollout of new system functionality.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure platform adheres to technology standards and security, audit & compliance guidelines.

All About You:
• Deep knowledge of Workday's Business process Framework and Security with Core HCM, Reporting and its various modules includes Recruiting and Talent.
• Exposure to Workday integrations (e.g., EIBs, Cloud Connect, Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
• Experience documenting business processes, procedures, scripts, and workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements to system configuration.
• Able to communicate with both technical teams and business functional leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Workday HCM+ Certification is a plus
