Senior Specialist, Program Management Security Solutions Synergy Products

Security Solutions Organization (SSO) has an ambition to drive synergies across the broader Services Organization. Many of our solutions are complementary - pairing them unlocks revenue opportunities while helping us to deliver even more value to our customers.

As a Senior Specialist, you will support the delivery of the Synergy program across regions to drive growth within our Services business and address the evolving needs of our customers. You will play a key role in enabling execution through data-driven decision making within a high matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, coordination of Synergy program by bringing data driven insights to decision making

• Track milestones, manage dependencies, and coordinate workflows to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope

• Deliver actionable insights to the Synergy team across the full solution lifecycle from lead generation through post-implementation by mapping and automating data from multiple sources to support robust performance analysis and decision-making

• Collaborate with Data and Analytics function, and Product teams to align on data requirements, dashboards, and insights

• Development of program documentation and solution packages with support from the Synergy squad

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retros, sprint planning)

• Assist in identifying and managing program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies

• Build and maintain strong working relationships across all enabling functions

All about you:
• Experience in program or project management, preferably in financial services

• Experience working in matrixed organisations with distributed teams across geographies

• Strong understanding of data lifecycles, including data ingestion, transformation, reporting, and governance

• Proficient in extracting and integrating data from multiple sources using SQL and Python

• Proficiency with program management tools: Jira, Confluence, and data tools such as Tableau, Power BI

• Solid communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and ideally with a PMI-ACP, PSM or SAFe certification or actively pursuing one

• Autonomous contributor with passion for collaborating with cross functional global teams

• Good stakeholder management skills
