Senior Specialist, HR Program Management (Communication and Engagement)

Overview:
The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) is looking for a Senior Specialist to drive communications and engagement with our programs, services, and technology. You will interact with employees from all Mastercard functions and locations. The ideal candidate has:

• An ability to facilitate change with elegant design and crisp communications
• Experience developing and executing communication plans for transformation projects
• A passion for branding and storytelling

Role:
• Write, film, edit and guide production of content for multi-platform internal communications vehicles (e.g., corporate intranet, newsletters, videos, blogs, email announcements, webcasts)
• Independently develop content using a clear and concise writing style that is appropriate to audience
• Track and report internal metrics for audience engagement
• Create infographics and other visual communications materials to tell compelling stories and facilitate change
• Drive change with large-scale transformations across multiple geographies and functions

All About You:
• Strong communicator, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to translate the complex into clear and relatable stories that inspire change
• Ability to develop and maintain high quality relationships across leadership levels
• Experience building change plans, communication plans, and presentations
• Strong graphic design and visual communications skills
• Always looking for potential solutions to solve problems
• Ability to develop, track, and interpret metrics
• Experience with or knowledge of Finance a plus
• Change management certification a plus

Pay Range
O'Fallon, Missouri: $78,000.00 - $121,000.00

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
