We are seeking a Managing Consultant to partner with Mastercard's Advisory and Consulting team and lead strategic research for our clients. In this role, you will lead a wide range of research initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from developing proposals to report delivery. Candidates for this position should have a deep understanding of the end-to-end research process for executing quantitative research and some experience with qualitative methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

8+ years' experience at a research agency or in an in-house research role leading end-to-end custom research (i.e. questionnaire design, survey programming, data analysis, reporting, and presenting)

Deep experience designing and executing a range of quantitative research methodologies, including but not limited to value proposition tests, concept testing, conjoint / discrete choice analysis, TURF analysis, cluster / segmentation analysis and maxdiff analysis

Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate creativity in solving complex issues that arise with regard to projects in an efficient and effective manner.

Drive successful project execution, collaborating with the Mastercard Advisors and ARC team members to coordinate project logistics and ensure all project deliverables are delivered to clients on time

Proficiency with at least one statistical software tool (SPSS, Q, SAS, R, Matlab) to support data-driven insights

Help lead and develop a team of talented researchers, providing training when necessary and giving meaningful feedback on all aspects of a project

Strong project management experience with the ability to manage several projects at the same time.

Some experience with qualitative research, specifically In-depth Interviews and Focus Groups is preferred.

Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
