We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, container orchestration using Kubernetes, containerization with Docker, and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer in our Cloud Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, system reliability, and deployment velocity for modern cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilties :-
Design and implement infrastructure using Terraform for scalable and reproducible deployments.
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS or self-hosted).
Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD workflows (e.g., Snyk, Trivy, Aqua, or Checkov) to enforce security best practices and ensure compliance.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for cloud infrastructure using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, or Datadog.
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to define and enforce infrastructure and deployment standards.
Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and cost optimizations.
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to ensure high availability and resilience
All About You -
6+ years experience in relevant area
University degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
Experience working with any of the security scanning tools is an added advantage, eg, Blackduck, Prisma Twistcli.
Proficiency in Terraform and experience managing infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and experience operating production-grade clusters.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
Hands-on experience integrating static code analysis and container image scanning tools into CI/CD.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Go) for automation.
Solid understanding of network and system security principles in a cloud-native environment
