About the Role
The Franchise Innovation team is passionate about doing well by doing good.
Our mission is to enhance and evolve our existing Franchise offerings - and to create the new business models and technology for our growing business in both new payments and data.
This role is part of specialized team focusing on innovative solutions to support Mastercard's customers within the diverse EEMEA region enabling our business to expand into new opportunities where Franchise-enabled solutions can be leveraged to drive scale, enable interoperability, create compelling world class experiences for end users and deliver differentiating value to our customers.
This position reports into the VP, Franchise Innovation EEMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse market data to uncover merchant and transaction trends and recommend strategic actions to influence those trends.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to translate market needs into solution requirements that drive franchise compliance and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement franchise programs that deliver innovative solutions and generate incremental value for Mastercard and its customers.
• Influence market localization strategies to safeguard the integrity and consistency of the Franchise model.
• Support customer engagements by presenting Franchise offerings and guiding customers through relevant Mastercard rules and documentation.
• Track regional and global market trends to identify opportunities for new Franchise offerings that deliver long-term, sustainable value to our customers.
Requirements
• High attention to detail, adaptable, executes with a sense of urgency and strong planning and organisational skills
• Demonstrate understanding of Mastercard business and cross functional knowledge of Mastercard revenue drivers
• Strong team player with good communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate within a cross-functional team environment
• Strong in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Bachelor's Degree
