Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is an AI-powered Personalization Anywhere platform that delivers individualized experiences at every customer touchpoint: web, apps, email, kiosks, IoT, and call centers.

Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is seeking a Market Development Manager. In this position, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to drive new business for the organization. The Market Development Managers core responsibilities will be to reach out to external decision-makers by email, phone, social, direct mail, and numerous other channels to secure meetings between those executive stakeholders and the Dynamic Yield Sales team. Other aspects of the position include:

Role

Collaborative strategy planning with Marketing/Sales.

Event and conference attendance.

Data entry and reporting.

Content and copy creation.

Hosting initial meetings with external stakeholders.

All About You

Highly motivated self-starter interested in launching a career in B2B tech sales

Analytical with a willingness to take on new projects.

Coachable

Task-oriented

Willingness to work autonomously, but also collaborate with colleagues.

Aptitude and ability to master computer programs and applications (Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Suite, G-Suite).

Well written with strong communication skills (English and Arabic).

Previous experience in Sales Development and/or Sales is a plus.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. New York City, New York: $65,000 - $104,000 USD

Chicago, Illinois: $54,000 - $87,000 USD
