Overview
The Revenue Controls team is looking for a Manager to drive our Revenue Control (focused in Rebates and Incentives space) strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role
In this position, you will:
• Partner with Rebates & Incentive operational teams to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance controls in areas of high risk.
• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff
• Offer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy.

• Accounting, Business or Finance Major
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data analytics into actionable business insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management expertise, highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results
• Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills are advantageous
• Quick learner when it comes to new applications and technologies; experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools is beneficial
• Understanding of risk management disciplines
