Position Overview
Mastercard is seeking an experienced professional to join the EEMEA Business Product Management team to manage the Learning & Innovation solutions provided to Mastercard Customers under the Business Intelligence product suite.

The role focuses on enabling Customers' growth by driving the GTM of education and innovation solutions allowing them successfully compete in a rapidly evolving financial services industry.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and subject matter experts to support the growth of the Business Intelligence product suite in the EEMEA region aligned with Mastercard's business goals and core values.
Role
• Understand the products value proposition, target customers, pricing and GTM
• Drive Go-To-Market initiatives in the Region
oEnsures a clear understanding of the regional needs
oIdentifies opportunities to launch new initiatives
oLiaise with key stakeholders to socialized new product launches
oEnsure regional product readiness (i.e. Legal/regulatory approvals, operational readiness, One Trust, etc.)
oDrives new product launched
• Drive regional product P&L (revenues target, regional cost target, including billing accuracy)
• Manage existing market initiatives and customer success
oMinimize opt-outs (% opt-outs per engine)
oDrive customer win back (#win back, etc.)
oIncrease engagement (i.e. # users, #access per users, Activation per customer tier etc.)
oDrive upsell pipeline working with Services BD (#closed upsell/total requests received)
oIncrease internal awareness (#internal users/ market assessment used by country managers/card comparison used by consumer products team/fintech used by digital team)
oExecute the regional 1:many communication (e.g. webinars, newsletter) leveraging agencies (under the global agreement or selecting a local one), collaborating with global team (operating under the global framework)
oMonitor performance results (provide KPIs to top management and global team) and measure activities effectiveness
• Drive the expansion into new Segments (e.g Processors, Distributors, Fintech, Consulting Companies, governments) supporting deals with distributors and managing the prospect sales pipeline coming from Mastercard services (#deals outside the 1-many/mandated initiatives)
• Ensure product relevance for the region:
oProvide inputs on topics to be prioritized (which fintechs, which cards, which markets, which industry insights topics, which trainings)
oActivate regional internal channels to feed new contents (like marketing researches, become an editor, regional practices thought leadership)
oExecute needed localization (like translations when applicable)
oCollect regional internal and external feedback to enhance contents and features
• Ensure full alignment with global product team
• Coordinate regional and global stakeholders (Core, Services BD, Network Sales, Legal, Compliance, etc.)
Support identification of ideas for new products to be developed
All About You
• 6+ years overall experience in a consulting and/or strategy and/or product management role.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred).
• Understand the product lifecycle and can support the global product teams in all the relevant phases
• Ability to support marketing activities to drive success of the products leveraging all the potential channels
• Strong structured problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both working teams and senior executives
• Excellent communicator & ability to influence without authority. Can clearly articulate product concept/value proposition, gather relevant information from interviews
• Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
• Ability to identify potential needs to develop / launch new engines
