Manager, Product Development

Overview:
Mastercard's Digital Solutions group creates valued experiences for consumers, and enables merchants and issuers to reach consumers in ways not possible in the pre-digital world. Within Digital Solutions, the Global Product Strategy and Development team drives the definition, prioritization and development of a suite of foundational payment solutions. This an opportunity to be a part of a highly motivated global team focused on bringing security, convenience and control to digital payments.

Role:
Act as product owner for several internal micro-services that form part of Mastercard's secure remote commerce platform
• Participate in all relevant scrum team ceremonies as the product owner
• Liase with various teams, stakeholders, product mangers, subject matter experts to gather business needs
• Elaborate features into technical requirements/stories
• Define, manage and deliver the technical roadmap for your scrum teams.
• Lead your scrum teams through planning processes including appropriate presentations, prioritization, feedback and dependency resolution.

All about you
• Proven expertise in developing, delivering & managing innovative API-driven services.
• Strong technical competence in the area of e-commerce and payments
• Strategic tech-savvy individual who could link APIs to business objectives
• Technical awareness of contactless, EMV and Magnetic stripe payment products
• Understanding of product development concepts and practices across the product development life cycle
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate clear written feature definitions, acceptance criteria and make compelling presentations • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desirable
- Payments industry and/or financial services experience strongly desirable
