About the Team: The Commercialization Strategy team is part of Mastercard's Open Finance & Developer Experience division and brings to life our vision of empowering consumers to benefit from their own financial data. We are passionate about creating solutions that unlock innovation and streamline everyday consumer experiences. Many leading organizations are already using the Mastercard Open Finance & Developer Experience platforms to deliver some of the industry's most compelling services. Open Finance & Developer Experience is a fast-growing area of Mastercard's business, and this team is a key driver helping to scale our business globally and a very exciting place to work!

We are looking for a highly energetic professional who is willing to jump into an ever-evolving team and hit the ground running. While our primary roles are well defined (i.e., formulate and iterate a comprehensive plan to guide product and services teams from product development to market launch), we are all jumping in to help deliver on exciting strategic business objectives for Mastercard, which means partnering with product and services teams to take our collective solutions to market at scale and engaging with regional partners to ensure we achieve the optimal path forward for each market, to name a few. You are collaborative, accountable, and passionate about being part of a highly valued team.

When consumers are empowered to use their data, it creates a platform for innovation. This is the promise of Open Finance & Developer Experience. The Manager of Commercialization Strategy Analytics will play a critical role as an internal consultant to support business case development via the end-to-end lifecycle of product commercialization.
This includes:
• Establish criteria and best practices that maximize commercial success of new products
• Support business case development for new products as well as strategic deals
• Define and fine-tune go-to-market plan including pricing strategy to drive scale

You will bring best in class analytics and business acumen together with a regional landscape view to help shape the best practices of product commercialization strategy and go-to-market plan.

Role:
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and fine-tune the business case over course of the product development process
• Lead KPI tracking and reporting across various stages of products lifecycle to drive transparency and action driven focuses
• Support sales and product team as an internal consultant on deal construct and deal pricing for strategic prospects
• Manage the minority investment pipeline tracker and support business case development
• Support other initiatives on the broader commercialization strategy team that requires quantitative analysis and sizing

• Strong project management skills with a clear interest in project delivery. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Present an innovative mindset with forward-thinking and ready to challenge status quo with constructive recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence along with the ability to present to large and small groups
• Willingness to work within teams to produce outstanding deliverables, with a will to win attitude. Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and customers
• Commitment to Mastercard's values of honesty and integrity with a willingness to embrace and learn from our mistakes
• Diverse Perspective: Brings a unique skillset or approach to the table in every engagement or internal activity
• Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, economics, or related field. Master's degree a plus
