Manager, Go To Market - Security Solutions, Commercialisation UK&I
The Security Solution organization group develops solutions that build trust in the converging worlds of physical-world payments, digital payments and cybersecurity. Building upon a foundation of products that ensure payments are convenient, safe and secure, the SSO team's remit is rapidly expanding to include new technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital identity and cybersecurity. Our customers include issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors, governments and consumers.
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) Commercialisation team who are responsible for UKI SSO product market enablement, product management, sales support and oversee new products/capabilities coming into market.
As part of the team, you will be passionate about leveraging state of the art products and platforms to drive customer value. As you become an SSO subject matter expert you will be comfortable in manipulating complex date sets and experienced in creating and presenting well researched product positioning materials, presenting to internal and external stakeholders on operational and strategic aspects of a broad product portfolio.
You will work closely with our product owners, relationship and business development teams to help position the best solutions that meet both the customer and business needs to achieve commercial success.
The role will report to VP, Security Solutions, UKI.
Role
• Co-create, manage and maintain SSO narrative materials to support local market enablement and thought leadership programs and events.
• Demonstrate Mastercard thought leadership and expertise by organising and participating in customer community and industry events
• Support and develop a data driven approach to further understand our customer and product trends to support product relevance and revenue attainment.
• Participate in new product developments by supporting customer engagement and facilitating customer tests and early deployments, with the contribution of Security Solutions European team
• Support Services business development efforts to generate incremental growth by contributing to the sales process with materials, industry and domain expertise
• Maximize the value Mastercard deliver to its customers by supporting solution optimization and usage by our customers, partnering with our Customer Success team.

About You:
• Strong track record in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies working with multiple stakeholders to drive revenue growth and accelerate time-to-market and market penetration
• Proven experience in creating and adapting product positioning materials to deliver high quality narratives that enable effective local market product GTM
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert and product champion by presenting compelling product propositions to senior stakeholders including at demonstrations and industry events
• Comfortable with combining complex data sets to create product performance and revenue tracking reporting.
• Good understanding of the SSO product sets and of competitive landscape and industry trends. Knowledge in the following domains: cyber security, identity, financial crimes & resiliency, experience & disputes, and fraud
• Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments with ambiguity
• Ability to think outside the box and recognise the value of alternative thinking
