The LAC Finance Services team is looking for a strong Finance Business Partner to drive our end-to-end financial process and strategy by consistently innovating and problem-solving. Role

In this position, you will:
• Manage aspects of financial and budgeting related needs and requirements for country, product and business unit for the Latin America & Caribbean Region.
• Provides financial insights to group heads/executives, applying an understanding of budgets, LRP and forecasts at a detailed level.
• Partners with regions, business units, business partners and/or corporate to assist in developing, analyzing and validating new business opportunities.
• Assists with strategy and process improvements to ensure alignment with market objectives; proactively identifies ways to improve processes and executes agreed upon improvements

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business Administration (MBA Preferred) with previous finance experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous FP&A experience is required
• Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
• Be fast-paced and highly analytical who demonstrates business acumen and thought leadership to deliver results within a global, growing and profitable business
• Be a strong, confident, and exact writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
• Have Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) in data compilation, aggregation and modeling is required
