Manager, Digital Donations Commercialization

Digital Donations - Commercialization is a team focused on driving innovation in the charitable donations / individual giving vertical (valued at ~$600B globally), capturing the secular shift from cash to incremental MA volumes, and in doing so, enabling wider societal benefits.
Key markets where the secular shift opportunity is highest have been evaluated. Within these markets, pilots are being developed that focus on leveraging our assets (tap on phone, Click to Pay etc.) and partnerships towards cash displacement and creating a seamless, safe, and secure digital experience for processing donations.

The Digital Donations - Commercialization team is looking for a strategic, execution-driven professional with a customer-first mindset who plays a crucial role in influencing, informing, and scaling the partnerships and projects for individual giving, as an underpenetrated vertical for Mastercard. This role is instrumental in ensuring that the products and services address pain points and are successfully adopted to achieve their intended outcomes to power the charitable sector. The manager will interact cross-functionally with internal teams to drive impactful product positioning, value proposition, and customer engagement.

Role
The successful candidate will operationalize on the Digital Donations strategy and go to market plan.
• Define and prioritize business opportunities in partnership with regional stakeholders and translate them into commercialization plans that drive revenue and adoption in alignment with key Mastercard priorities
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate GTM execution and KPI success
• Support product positioning, value proposition, pricing models, segmentation, and distribution efforts in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, trainings, and partner toolkits
• Create executive presentations and messaging for internal audiences and facilitate effective communication across the organization
• Shape internal- and external-facing narratives with strong analytic support and domain knowledge
• Manage key intelligence building, data analytics, and metrics reporting initiatives and workstreams including forecast revenue modelling, analyses of internal data, market, competitive, and landscape intel
• Support strategic projects as needed

All About You
• Strong experience and knowledge of the business drivers of consumer payments, especially acceptance, security, across global regions and markets
• Awareness and understanding of Mastercard's key customers, partners, and external stakeholders in these areas, including Issuers, Payment Service Providers, Acquirers, Merchants

Total Base Pay Range
139,000.00 - 223,000.00

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
