Within the Services organization, the Advisors & Consulting Services organization is responsible for delivering our various products and solutions to clients. A&CS is charged with combining professional problem-solving skills with deep segment and functional expertise to address the challenges and opportunities of its clients, enhance Mastercard's strategic and tactical performance and establish Mastercard's global thought-leadership preeminence. The Insights and Enablement team supporting A&CS aims at constantly improving the overall efficiency of its Business, Finance and People processes.

The role of the Manager, A&CS Insights & Enablement is to work very closely with Regional, Cluster and Squad leaders as well as stakeholders across Services organization to ensure the A&CS organization is effectively executing against our strategy as well as drive engagement within our teams.

Role
• Design and manage business transformational programs and initiatives across various business areas and processes for Advisors & Consulting Services team;
• Liaise with stakeholders across Services organization and within A&CS team to ensure successful implementation of business transformational initiatives;
• Design and revise end user digital journey to support existing and new business processes and ensure best UI for system users
• Lead change management campaigns to support ongoing transformative initiatives.

Essential skills and experience:
• Partner at heart - Needs to work in very close partnership with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Experience in Digital Transformation - Optimization of user experience in core systems and alignment with business process
• Agile - Used to work in agile environment with short sprints, changing brief and ad-hoc teams
• Project Manager - Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
