Manager, Business Development

• Support the business development team in delivering value to customers.
• Identify new opportunities by leveraging MasterCard technology, transaction information, tools, and other resources.

Role
• Leverage processed transactions information to build value and create customer stickiness by:
oPromoting usage of specialized tools and services: Portfolio analytics, Info-pack, etc.
oAnalyzing data to improve performance and profitability
oDiscovering opportunities from domestic and cross border transaction analysis.
• Support internal analysis which require high specialization
oQMR, QBR, Early bird
oStrategy and financial planning
oMarket sizing, share, competitive intelligence
oPerform business analysis to discover opportunities: product portfolio, consumer, etc.
oMap plans for activities and project execution
oMaintains market Information and competitive intelligence database
All About You
• Consulting, consumer products, consumer finance or marketing background
• Problem-solving, research and analytical skills
• Demonstrated IT literacy to work with tools, databases and applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
• Dynamic, energetic, team performer
• Self-driven, able to work in small office environment
