Director, Product Operations

"Overview:
The Director of Payments will play a critical role in defining and executing the strategy for our payments operations division. This position entails leading a team of professionals, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery key metrics on the Payout partners. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the strategic vision for the payments operations team that is aligned with the company's overall objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Enhance operational processes and recommended improvements that resulted in positive business outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, payment processors
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new processes and technologies
• Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department
• Resolve complex payout issues in a timely manner
• Deliver comprehensive KPI reports to stakeholders that assess and monitor the health and performance of the payout network, ensuring actionable insights and data-driven decisions

Experiences and Skills:
• Experienced in project management, process improvement and optimization
• Extensive knowledge in the cross border/money transfer network
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Have experience in managing a team, setting realistic goals and consistently evaluating performance
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Experience: 5 years minimum experience in a leadership role, in the financial services or payments industry"
