We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Go to Market Program Manager to lead the execution of Open Banking efforts and market strategies within the evolving financial services sector. As a key member of our team, you will align business objectives, technology, and customer needs to ensure the successful market delivery of our Open Banking solutions. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, work with strategic customers, and manage complex projects that drive impactful business impact.

Role:

As the Go to Market Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the program launch strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Leverage SPM relationship for project driven coordination. Create and program manage detailed end to end plans including timelines, resources, and key milestones.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment, resolving dependencies, and addressing potential roadblocks throughout the launch process.
• Market Readiness: Oversee the market readiness process by ensuring all product deliverables, sales materials, training, and support systems are in place. Ensure the Studio framework is reinforced.
• Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to equip them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell the product. Align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs in the payments and Open Banking ecosystems.
• Customer Engagement: When involved, serve as the central liaison for strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met and keeping them informed on product updates.
• Execution & Delivery: Manage the launch process, ensuring timely execution and tracking progress against KPIs. Oversee marketing campaigns and sales enablement, ensuring product availability and support in the market.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect post-launch feedback to assess product performance and refine product and marketing strategies for sustained success.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve risks-technical, operational, or market-related-adjusting plans as needed to ensure a successful launch

All About You:

• Experience in Financial Services: Demonstrated experience in financial services, payments, technology, and strategy development and execution.
• Industry Expertise: Ability to maintain working product and industry knowledge, with emphasis on Open Banking solutions
• Technology & Business Integration: Expertise in integrating technology with business, simplifying and communicating complex challenges and solutions.
• Project Management & Strategic Planning: Proven project management and strategic planning skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects/initiatives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Team Management: Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving market-level initiatives.
• Influence & Change Management: Skilled in influencing stakeholders and driving organizational change across all levels, with experience presenting to senior executives.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to manage external client relationships and industry partnerships effectively.
• Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Process Improvement Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement, enhancing efficiencies, and streamlining workflows while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support market initiatives and key partner meetings.
