Overview:

As the APM Director, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering innovative solutions to compete and/or partner with APMs. You will lead this execution in partnership with local Consumer Product teams in alignment and collaboration with global stakeholders.

Job Description Summary:

This role will be accountable for executing our strategy to partner with APMs to participate in flows where we are disintermediated today. You will be responsible for identifying and successfully introducing innovative and disruptive solutions and use cases across different countries/customer segments in LAC assuring alignment with product roadmaps, scalability, and accelerated time-to-market

Responsibilities:

- Identify and drive execution of consumer solutions to partner with APMs with key stakeholders including Product, Engineering, and local teams
- Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders the execution and timely delivery of agreed and roadmaps
- Understand and leverage competitive insights from consumers and customers to drive future use cases of the new consumer solutions
- Partner with local teams to understand customer needs across markets with relevant customer input in strategy and proposition development to ensure customer and market-driven propositions
- Manage alignment and prioritization with global, regional, and local stakeholders on go-to-market initiatives
- Contribute to existing partnerships / develop new partnerships with providers to address specific opportunities that require a tailored approach
- Inform and influence the development of the regional go-to-market strategies
- Create and maintain a positive, supportive, inclusive, and effective working environment to ensure the work is done and objectives are attained

- Solid product management experience with a proven ability to drive collaboration, influence, and motivate others to achieve objectives
- Tech-savvy and disruptive thinker
- Solid understanding of APM regional ecosystem, new payment flows, as well as relevant consumer, industry, and market trends
- Demonstrated ability to develop product implementation and go-to-market plans
- Business acumen and thought leadership that delivers solutions-oriented results to customers and consumers
- Strong analytical and financial understanding
- Strong communications skills; ability to package clear communication for senior stakeholders
- Learning agility, ability to work in a high phased environment, and excellent time management skills are crucial for success in this role
