Overview:
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty & marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Within the Data & Services organization, Marketing Services places Mastercard in the heart of our customer's B2C and B2B marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants, leveraging our solutions to drive our Client's most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard Preference. Moving forward, the Marketing Services business is transforming to be a more product-centric organization focused on differentiated offerings that leverage data and marketing technology to accelerate marketing campaign performance and associated outcomes.

Role:
Content Development Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Develop, implement and maintain the asset taxonomy and meta-data dictionary
- Review and approve assets classification and metadata tagging on DAM before release to the production environment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure assets meet defined standards.
- Monitor system storage capacity and performance, implement necessary upgrades.

All About You:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree desirable Knowledge / Experience: • Related business experience in product management, product development, product marketing or content management in financial services and/or bankcard industry preferred • Experience developing and managing department budgets Skills/ Abilities: • Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, project management and matrix-management skills are critical • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners • Ability to effectively direct and manage multiple functions • Ability to initiate and effectively lead change efforts • Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard • Self motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment • Embody the MCW leadership principles: demonstrate courage & resolution; encourage teamwork, integration, & inclusion; execute the global strategy; inspire & empower; operate with a sense of urgency Work Conditions: • General office environment
