Communication Specialist for Betalingsservice

Overview
We are looking for an energetic communication specialist for our product management team. A person that can support us in our day-to-day communication with customers and stakeholders and support us improving our product presentations and creating new presentations.

We are currently on integrating Betalingsservice into Mastercard environments and onboarding our customers to the new platforms end of 2024. The integration opens for many opportunities regarding re-branding the traditional Danish brand into the global Mastercard setting - but also requires a huge amount of communication to our customers to ensure a smooth transition.

You'll be part of Product Management in Mastercard Payment Services Denmark, which provides leading ecosystems of account-to-account based services to banks and companies - and to their customers. More than 90% of the Danish households and a majority of companies are using our services. You will be working in a team based in Copenhagen Denmark supporting our product owners, sales specialists, and customer services.

Role
As a communication specialist you have relevant experience to write, design, prepare and execute communication in (Native) Danish and English. More specifically, the role entails to:
• Translate and convert complex scenario descriptions and instructions into concrete communication material e.g. letters, webpages, FAQs.
• Write letters and other supporting customer communications on an ad hoc basis. Facilitate and manage input and approval from internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and structure different communication activities targeted to customer segment.
• Propose and execute on efficient utilization of different communication channels relevant for the specific communication scenario.
• Facilitate and manage communication tests
• Design and adapt the internal process for adjusting communication material based on ongoing feedback.
• Plan and execute communication plan for various customer communications.
• Implementing a new tone of voice and branding of Betalingsservice in both digital and non-digital channels
• Contribute to deliverables for internal stakeholder awareness and knowledge sharing.
• And in particular in 2024 - support and drive the communication scheduled for all our customers being migrated to new platforms

All About You
You have a background in communication e.g. as a journalist, and you love to transform complex product text to engaging customer friendly communication.
• You have proven experience with turning complex messages into simple information.
• You have proven writing skills.
• You have proven skills in handling and maintaining communication on different platforms including web sites.
• You are comfortable with stakeholder management and with taking a coordination role.
• You are experienced in writing letters or texts to business customers
• Your communication skills are as strong in English as they are in Native Danish.
• Having experience with the financial sector will be an appreciated skill.
