Commercial Associate, Specialized Product Delivery

Overview

The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Specialized Product Delivery (SPD) is a department within Services' Advisors Client Services organization and focuses on the building out of new in-house capabilities to service our clients. The Commercial roles within SPD are focused on in-housing services that are currently being outsourced to third party supplier and identifying new and incremental revenue generating opportunities to grow the SPD business and overall profitability of the Services business.

Role

Specifically this role is to contribute to the growth of the Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) within SPD. The Advisors Creative Desk is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand creative solutions for our clients.

Work closely with the ACD EUR/EMEA Commercial Lead to support the overall growth of ACD sales in EUR/EMEA where a key opportunity is to identify areas for business growth and influence stakeholders to promote ACD services further

Collaborate closely with the EUR/EMEA Commercial Lead to develop compelling pitch decks and presentations for client engagements, ensuring alignment between client needs and ACD offerings

Assist in managing reporting and updates for internal stakeholders, including compiling and analyzing performance data, preparing monthly updates, and periodic business reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Lead in pitching to mid-senior level stakeholders, sharing relevant solutions and recommendations to match stakeholder needs with ACD offerings

Identify, recommend and initiate process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency

All About You

Client-Centric Approach: Experienced in client management, understanding and communicating solutions effectively

Pitch Development Expertise: Proficient in crafting compelling pitch decks and presentations for client engagements, with a knack for storytelling

Analytical Skills: Skilled in managing reporting for internal stakeholders, analyzing performance data to track progress and drive continuous improvement; your insights support strategic decision-making processes

Stakeholder Engagement: Seasoned in managing mid-senior level stakeholders, including the ability to effectively communicate with, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders

General Enthusiasm about growing a new business line

Tertiary qualifications in business management, economics or related subject
